Full Color Flyers

The flyers which arrive in your Inbox appear just as a vibrant web page - colors from top to bottom.
You can customize the colors in your flyer by choosing a color pallette. Different pallettes are offered with each template.

Choose from these color pallettes when you customize:

Classic Template: Brown Blue Green Purple Red, White, & Blue

Contemporary Template: Dark Blue Black Gold/Blue Gold/Green Green/Blue Red/Black

Bold/Price Reduction/Must See Templates: Blue/Gray Dark Gray Green/Gold Green/Blue Orange/Green Red/Blue

Since you can Preview your flyer during the customization process, you can experiment with the color schemes to see which works best with your flyer.

Clickable Links

Internet users are used to clicking lots of different links to gather information. Give them what they're looking for!

You can customize links in your flyer to point your customers where they need to go to find the information they need - right from your flyer! Although the list of customizable links varies slightly for each format, you can customize the following types of links:

  • Your picture or logo - When you upload your picture or logo, you can optionally provide a link (URL) the user can follow when they click. You might use your picture or logo to link to another page with more of your listings or perhaps back to your own website.
  • Your company's logo - When you upload your company's logo, you can optionally provide a link (URL). You might use your company's logo to link back to the company website, where the user could find even more listings.
  • Link #1 - All of the formats offer at least one link where you provide the text and the URL. You might use this link to point to a virtual tour you set up on the internet. You could provide text like "See the virtual tour!" which will appear bright blue so the user knows to click there, just like a web page.
  • Link #2 - Some of the formats offer two user-defined links. You might use the second link to point to school information or other web-based information about your listing. You might provide text like "Great school system!" When clicked, the link takes them to a school review site which describes how great and wonderful the local school system is. Of course, you have to provide the web address of the school review site in the Link URL field on the customization page.

Providing links for your users allows you to present so much more information to your targeted audience than a traditional print flyer or even most other web-based resources. You could potentially use your customized flyer as a central web page for your listing!

If you need more links to accomplish your goals, let us know and we'll add them! We won't know what you need unless you tell us.

Unlimited Text Changes

You can make unlimited changes to the text of your flyer, including price changes and typo corrections.   Before sending the flyer in e-mail, you can make changes just as if you were editing a  document or regular e-mail.   You can:

  • Change the price.
  • Change the description or features.
  • Add additional "small text" that you may require below the flyer.
  • Write a special note at the top for the recipient.
  • Correct any typos you noticed immediately after creating the flyer (isn't that always when you find them?!)

The only things you can't change are the layout, color scheme, and the uploaded graphics.

When you forward your flyer, just delete any forwarding text that your e-mail program places on the top so that it goes out clean.

Printable Flyers

In most cases, your Real Flyers.net e-mail flyer is also printable on your own personal printer.

To print a flyer, just copy and paste the contents of the flyer into Word or some other word processing program.  If any pictures get out of whack, just resize them (click on the wayward picture to see tiny squares on each corner, then drag a square to resize).  Adjust the top and bottom margins to fit the entire document on a single page. When you print it, you'll probably have to allow the printer to go outside the "printable margins."

If you like, you can add a background. In Word, go to Format...Background - you can choose from gradients, textures, and patterns.  Then print like a normal document.

If you have any trouble, just contact us and we'll help you out.

Note: In some cases, the flyer will not be printable on one page. This may be the case with an unusually long description or bullet list. The Classic format is a bit longer than most other formats, so you may notice this difficulty more with that format.
